Hotel Reservations

Booking a room in the Institute’s room block is an important way to support the association and keep overall meeting costs as low as possible. Investments & Wealth Institute commits to a block of rooms at select hotels on behalf of conference attendees and has a financial obligation to fill these blocks. Please help us avoid potential penalties and control costs for future events by staying at the official hotel. Staying within the block is also more convenient and helps you stay connected with the informal activities and networking opportunities that occur at these sites during the conference. If you are required to reserve a room through your company’s travel department, please forward the booking link to them so that you can reserve a room in the Institute’s room block.

Please note that conference attendees who do not make their reservations within the Investments & Wealth Institute’s room block may not receive the same discounted rate or benefits.

Location and Transportation

The Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is located in the hub of Yorkville, in the heart of downtown Toronto. It is served by two airports: Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport.

  • Pearson Airport is 22 miles from the hotel (35-40 minutes by car). A taxi is $73 CAD each way. To locate taxi service from Terminal 1, proceed to the Arrivals Level, Door D. From terminal 3, proceed to the Arrivals Level, Doors D, E &F.

  • Billy Bishop Airport is four miles from the hotel (15 minutes by car). A taxi is $31 CAD each way. Taxi service is located at the taxi stand on the mainland, just outside the ferry terminal. To access the mainland from the airport you may ride the free ferry departing every 15 minutes or walk through the pedestrian tunnel.

Parking

The hotel offers a discounted valet parking rate of $39 CAD per day for our overnight guests. A self-parking option is available across the street from the hotel at Green P Garage at an hourly rate of $5 CAD.
