According to a Gallup Panel Study, 93% of US adults left their employer to change roles. The most recent Bright Horizons Working Learning Index, asked more than 30,000 working learners to select their top three reasons for pursuing more education or training, the most common answer (42%) was to “keep pace with or get ahead of changes in my position.” This beat out all other reasons, including even earning more money.
