Investments & Wealth Forum–New York City is the Event to Manage Portfolio Risk

Registration is open for the educational event for elite advisors who want to learn about the latest tools, techniques and strategies being used to better protect clients from portfolio risk

Denver, Colorado — October 11, 2022 — The Investments & Wealth Institute will host a three-day educational conference from November 29 to December 1 in New York City focusing on managing portfolio risk. The event will feature leading academics, practitioner consultants and a Women in Wealth program and reception. Financial professionals are invited to register now, and journalists are invited to request a press pass. The conference will also be available on-demand starting on December 7.

Attendees will learn how to: recommend portfolio risk management strategies for clients that are actionable, repeatable and defensible; evaluate traditional and alternative investment strategies, techniques and products; and navigate investor biases in order to effectively communicate and deliver sound investment advice. The program addresses topics covered in the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) certification. Featured speakers include:

The conference experience includes six general sessions, 12 breakout sessions, one pre-conference workshop, as well as a Women in Wealth program and reception. The pre-conference workshop, Tales from the Crypt-O, will feature a panel of experts who will discuss the risk and rewards of investing in cryptocurrency.
