The hotel will collect for one night’s room & tax in advance for deposit. Cancellation is 72 hours prior to arrival. Please confirm your dates: If you fail to arrive on your confirmed date, and you do not cancel the reservation, your entire reservation will be cancelled, and the credit card on file will be charged one night’s room & tax.
There is a charge of $40.00 per room per night for double queen accommodations for weekdays; and $60.00 per room per night for weekends.
A charge of $50 per night will be added for each guest over double occupancy. Group rates will be subject to the prevailing room tax, which is currently 13.38%. Subject to change.
An early departure fee will be incurred if notice is not received prior to or at check- in. Guests are considered “checked-in” once the registration card is signed. The early departure fee will be one (1) full night room and tax at the original booked rate.
A daily resort fee of $45.00 plus tax will be added to each guest room account. The resort fee entitles each guest to the following items:
In-room Wi-Fi: four (4) devices per room at a standard 7Mb connection speed (a value of $80 per day)
Access to the fitness center for two people (a value of $40 per day)
Access to hotel resort pools and sundecks
A dedicated concierge offering special dining access, spa reservations, and golf tee times
