Teams of two or more members are eligible for discounted pricing when registering for Experience 2025. Lower team pricing supersedes all other registration discounts.

Team Registration FAQs
Do I need my team members' Institute ID numbers?
If you have Institute IDs for your group, that will help streamline the process. If a team member is an IWI member or attended a past conference, they will have an ID number.
Can I modify my team registration?
Yes, if you need to add a person, replace a person, or remove a person, the team organizer can manage all registrations on their Dashboard.
Can I use my upgraded membership (Signature or Elite) discount or a promo code in addition to the team discount?
The discounted team registration supersedes individual discounts, including membership and promo codes.
If I am registered as an individual, can I now add team members?
