Retirement Management Advisor Education Capstone is a two-day, in-person event offered in an executive education format. This Capstone provides a deeper application of knowledge and skills learned in the RMA online course facilitated by leading Ivy League academics, as well as experienced practitioners. Please note that tuition for the two-day, in-person capstone does not include flights, accommodations or adjoining conference fees.
The capstone takes concepts from Step 1, puts them in the context of timely real-world developments affecting the retirement landscape, and helps attendees master the tools to successfully address these issues with clients.

Retirement Management Advisor Exam can be completed after successful completion of the Retirement Advisor Online Course and the Retirement Management Advisor Education Capstone. The examination will be offered in a proctored setting.
The in-person exam at Capstone events is a paper and pen exam. The online proctored exam can be taken from any stable Internet connection that offers a webcam and microphone, through which the online proctor can observe the test-taker throughout the exam. Typically, we recommend that you test from home to avoid challenges related to corporate firewalls. Online proctors are available 24/7, for your convenience, and if you schedule with at least 72 hours notice, there's no additional charge.
The examination comprises 100 multiple-choice questions and you have three hours in which to complete it.
