Denver, CO — March 23, 2020 —
Dear Member,
We regret to inform you that the Investments & Wealth Institute has decided in the best interest of the health and safety of our attendees, to cancel our Annual Conference, due to the COVID-19 outbreak in both the United States and in Boston.
International and US health organizations, including the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) declared COVID-19 a global pandemic that has seen outbreaks in the United States and in Boston, among other places. We are complying with governmental recommendations and/or orders banning gatherings of large groups for the foreseeable future and advising that the epidemic will likely not subside before our May 27-30 event.
We realize that recharging your knowledge and staying on top of your continuing educational requirements is perhaps more important than ever. We encourage you to apply your ACE 2020 registration fee towards future Institute live or online programs, and as an incentive, you will be granted advance, complimentary access to 10-hours of CE On-Demand, “ACE Unplugged”.
To simplify the process attendees will be able to seamlessly transfer to a variety of live or on-demand options or simply cancel. To see the available options, click here.
ACE Unplugged is an asynchronous, online program featuring presentations from many of the most anticipated speakers scheduled to present at ACE 2020 Boston. The package will include approximately 10 hours of education that will qualify for Premier CE for Institute certifications. The program will include a mix of investment, wealth, retirement, ethics, and practice management topics. Should you prefer not to transfer your ACE registration fee to a future Institute offering, you may still purchase this product when it becomes available in May.
Hotel reservations made through the Institute’s room block will be automatically cancelled. Attendees will receive a cancellation confirmation email from the hotel directly. In fact, you may have already received one. If you made your own hotel reservations outside of the conference block, you must cancel directly with the property you selected.
If there are additional ways we can support you, please let us know. And most importantly, we wish good health for you, your families, and your communities.
Sincerely,
Sean R. Walters, CAE®
